WILD - Whole Milk (1/2 gal)
This is a third generation farm located in Lisbon. The have a herd of around 45 Holstein and Jersey cows on a 300 acre farm. The milk is pasteurized in a vat pasteurization system which means it is held at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. This way of processing preserves the flavor and consistency of the milk. The milk is processed and bottled the same day as it is produced from the cows. Hormone and antibiotic free. The cows are fed a diet of corn silage, hay and shell corn grain, all of which are grown on their farm.
